浙江西塘水乡XI TANG WATER VILLAGE

位于浙江嘉兴的西塘虽然在六大古镇里建镇历史比较短，但它是其中最大的古镇。而且时至今日，唯独西塘古镇成功保存了完整的明清两朝古建筑，尤其是廊棚和古弄堪称“双绝”，在诸多江南水乡古镇中可谓难得一见，因此被称作“活着的千年古镇”。古镇水乡雾薄如纱，两岸白墙墨顶，映印河面，水道舟影波光，不胜扣人心弦。路过巷陌人家庭院门口，酒菜芳香飘溢扑鼻，瞬间食欲被勾起，不尽忍不住地羡慕这些寻常巷陌里的寻常人家。

XI TANG WATER VILLAGE

Xi Tang is located at Jia xing in Zhejiang Province, although among the six ancient towns it has a relatively shorter history, but Xi Tang is the largest town among all of them. Xi Tang successfully preserves a complete collection of ancient architectures from the Ming and Qing dynasties, especially the gallery sheds and ancient lanes. Certainly and absolutely a rare sight among many ancient towns in the region south of Yangtze River, hence, it is called "the living millennium ancient town". The mist in Xi Tang Water Village is like a yarn; the white wall homes with inky roof top on both sides of the river are reflecting on the water as boats rippling with reflections along the waterway, it is simply enchanting and fascinating. Passing by certain gates of courtyards in the alley, fragrance of wine and cuisines from inside in the house can really trigger someone’s desire for a delicious meal with good wine! Can’t help but envy the ordinary people in these ordinary alleys.
